JOBST® JoViPad Breast and Chest

The blended foam mix and stitched channels of JOBST JoViPad create multiple pressure points when used under compression garments and are designed to stimulate lymph flow, soften fibrotic tissue and provide comfort through cushioning for patients with lymphedema and post-surgical discomforts.

JOBST JoViPad Breast and Chest compression pads are designed to be combined with a compression garment to locally increase pressure and provide extra comfort through cushioning.

JOBST JoViPad is indicated for lymphedema patients (primary or secondary lymphedema) and other forms of edema in conjunction with a chest and breast compression garment (e.g. Bellisse®) to counteract fluid accumulation and help to control the volume and shape of the breast and chest wall area.

The JOBST JoViPad Breast and Chest wall pads are available in the following variations:

  • Axilla Pad - This JOBST JoViPad is intended for immediate use following axillary node dissection.

  • Mini-Axilla Pad - Under Bellisse® or a sport or compression bra this JOBST JoViPad is indicated for patients needing extra compression in the axilla e.g. after surgery.

  • Chest Wall Pocket Pad - Used with Bellisse®, this JOBST JoViPad is indicated for patients with breast edema who need support of the lymph flow around the torso and across the spine.

  • Cleavage Pad - Used with Bellisse® or other mastectomy bras this JOBST® JoViPad is indicated for patients with edema between the breasts e.g. following open heart surgery.

  • Double Mastectomy Pad - This JOBST JoViPad is indicated for patients with edema on the anterior chest wall as well as the lateral and posterior chest wall areas.

  • Lateral Pad - Under Belisse® this JOBST JoViPad is indicated for patients with lateral breast edema.
